Not only do they have the cheapest car, now the worlds cheapest PC..(strictly CALL related stuff)

According to Business Times Online, India, acountry not only known for the worlds cheapest car at 100,000 Rupees (note the TATA Nano),

it will also proudly display the worlds' cheapest laptop at a mere 500 Rupees, which is made to boost learning in rural areas..
